The small church in the village of Ivanisovo.

The project of this small modern church with a Sunday school was made for Muscovites who bought plots for houses in a field near the village of Ivanisovo, in which the old bell tower of the early XIX century has been preserved. A temple was previously attached to the bell tower, which has not been preserved to our time. Initially, it was supposed to completely recreate this temple, but for lack of sufficient information (at the moment it was not possible to find photos of the temple), and sufficient money for such large-scale works, the reconstruction was postponed. The project proposed a compromise option - to build a small temple nearby first, and then, as far as possible, take up the main one. The reference of the image of the new temple project to wooden architecture is not accidental. The fact is that the lost stone temple was once built on the site of two dilapidated wooden churches, the dedication of one of which will go to the new temple.

In the new project of the temple of the 21st century, a wooden sample turns into a stone one. In the lower level there is a whitewashed brick base with a sharp apse extension. The red-brown patinated coating covers all the upper forms of the building. Here, the new roof material turns into a solid hull of an inverted old vessel, looks "like a single stone", with a deliberately designated age, a certain history in texture and color. The bell tower fits into the rectangular arch of the through passage (a cut in the body). Thus, it becomes part of the artistic design, a necessary detail of the new building. The wooden lining of the interior is associated with the lining of a coat, or with a wooden body - the symbolic Body of Christ.
